All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I ordered this in December and was very excited. The quality is stunning and it looks so pretty. The fabric is a herringbone finish and is honestly so pretty. It was easy to assemble as well.
I love that the wood has a light brushed finished which adds to the aesthetics.
I was really worried after I ordered that the quality would not live up to standard or that it would be delivered because of all the negative reviews I had read. But honestly it was really not a difficult process. Yes communication with Dusk is not great and could be improved. They don’t always respond in a timely manner and aren’t always very helpful. It’s not great that they don’t have a number to call and talk through worries as it doesn’t give a personal touch. However my order arrived before it was expected. I am overall happy.
Delivered well packaged in good time .. simple to put together .. solid feel .. beautiful finish to the wood .. is more of a grey/ cream but I’m very happy with it.
