All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

So very happy with this purchase. Arrived when promised via a very efficient and helpful delivery service. Super packaging and clear instructions for the limited assembly. Great quality product - looks far more expensive than it was. And the icing on the cake is that it only cost the same as inferior quality “sale” oak veneer tables at a well known Swedish retailer (though not IKEA!). Couldn’t be happier.
