Overall, the Hattie 3 Drawer Large Chest looks decent and was fairly easy to assemble, but there are a few disappointing issues. The colour doesn’t quite match how it appears on the website, which was a letdown as it looks different in person. The drawers also aren’t very smooth when opening and closing, so the quality doesn’t feel as good as expected.
In addition, one of the parts arrived defective, and I’m currently waiting for a replacement. Customer service has been contacted, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. Overall, it’s an okay product, but there’s definitely room for improvement considering the price.
Stunning and so easy to put together
Absolutely love this bed frame. It feels really sturdy and well made, and it’s genuinely improved my room. The storage underneath is much bigger than I expected and has helped cut down so much clutter without taking up extra space. It lifts easily and stays up securely, which makes accessing everything simple
I’m really happy with my choice from Dusk. It took an hour or so to put together (living alone, it’s a slow process without a second person!) and it looks amazing now it’s done.
The only slight downside is a chip on a corner and a blemish on the top piece that sadly are both visible (I’m happy to take a new top piece if it’s on offer!)
Otherwise an absolutely marvellous piece of furniture, I plan to get the Hattie wall unit next!
