Hampshire Loveseat - Bright Orange

After 50 years of dark wood furniture it’s welcome to the light! After disposing of all our old furniture we moved into a an empty bungalow decorated and carpeted, a blank canvas! Our first major purchase is the Hampshire stripped three seater. It was made for our Lounge as our colour scheme matches perfectly and so comfortable we are now going to purchased a two seater and a single. Impeccable service from Dusk ! Well done

After reading all the reviews and watching these sofas online for so long that the original colour we wanted (pale grey) was discontinued, I was dubious about what was going to arrive, and indeed if they would arrive on the day we’d selected. Dusk don’t allow you to see the product before purchase in any showrooms or even send fabric swatches out for you to see h ther colours in your home, so it feels like a gamble when you finally bite the bullet and place the order.
I’m not questioning the other reviews, they certainly made me wary and Dusk customer services are a pretty awful but the delivery was exactly as promised and the sofas that came were, and are, absolutely lovely! They’re great quality, super comfortable and exactly as described. They’re look great and I’m so glad it’s all worked out well. This is our third Dusk purchase and all have been really good. I suspect that we’ve been lucky but we’re absolutely delighted - I think when this company get it right, it’s really really right and when it goes wrong it’s a disaster. Their customer service could DEFINITELY use some work. It’s not ok that they don’t put a contact number on their website and that emails often take 3-4 days for a reply. They really need to improve this and that’s really letting things down. They need friendly and helpful reps too, half the emails I sent were saying “you’ve not read my message properly”. If this improved it would be 5-stars because the product we received and the delivery was great
But, like many other companies, they have drastically underrated the importance of customer service. Delighted with the sofas though, they’re lovely, super comfortable and exactly like the images.

Looks amazing and way more expensive than it is! Firm seat which makes me think the cushion won’t sag

Very pleased with my love chair, colour is perfect and good value.
A little firm compared to my other sofa but nice to have the choice of where to sit now.
Seat is high so easy to get in and out of for older people. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend the company,
