All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Customer service communication is absolutely terrible. You are unable to get a call with them and it takes weeks to get responses to emails or FB messages. Definitely would not recommend. I ordered furniture in Feb, due to be delivered at 6:30am last week! Because o couldn’t accommodate that a slot I have to pay and get rescheduled however can’t get them to respond to me to sort it out!
