All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Feels good quality and value
All the items I’ve purchased from DUSK are top-notch quality. I will be buying again, but they do need to work on their customer service. They messed up all three orders I’ve made but resolved them once I contacted them.
If you’re thinking about it and not sure - do it! We needed a new duvet for the upcoming cold season as we’d had our old one quite a while. We got 13.5 tog and it’s heavy but so luxurious and cosy, like sleeping in a cloud. My husband is in love with it and says it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made!
I am very pleased with the quality of the new duvet, but not pleased that I had to wait 2½ weeks to receive it. Living in a rural location it is necessary to buy large item on line, because this is the only way to shop and most items arrive within a few days, some even the next day. 2½ weeks is unacceptable.
