All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

This order was a disaster from start to finish...8 week wait asked for a delivery day that suits but delivery the following day and if you dont like that date you need to be a charge to rearrange!
When item arrived had sticker on box saying almost perfect item. On opening the box unit had clearly been built before! 1 of the front doors was badly damaged so not even "almost perfect"
Customer service a joke never answer the questions in your email, noone seemed very clear what was ever happening! Would never buy from Dusk again.
I absolutely 💯 love this unit. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the screws on assembly, which got stuck. Fortunately though it wasnt an essential component and was for wall bracket only. Which we didn't use as tv not of a size it required mounting to wall. I'd recommend this unit, but after a day of furniture assembly we will be having a break for a while! 😊
