Cleo Acacia Wood 6 Drawer Chest - Light Wood

Sadly this lovely piece has arrived totally unusable twice . The customer service is almost non existent as you can’t call the company. I am now into week two waiting on any form of contact to resolve the second broken item. We ideally want a matching item to our bedside table but I am not hopeful

Ordered two of these bedside tables. They have a beautiful finish. Very pleased!

I ordered these in mid-august and the first lot were delivered in pieces (literally fell apart when I opened the box), took them almost two weeks to redeliver and pick up the old ones. The new ones also broken, but wasn't allowed to send these back with the delivery team. The boxes inexplicably stink of vomit, and have made my whole house smell awful for weeks now. Really slow customer service response and resolution.

These are super heavy, made from solid wood with a lovely walnut veneer, really happy with my purchase !

I’d definitely say the ‘finish’ could be better, where it has been stained walnut there are inconsistencies in colour and a few streaks on edges and a few bits where the top coat/finish was a bit rough. Something to note is that the actual colour is darker than expected, closer to the ‘standalone’ image than the styled pictures, but I suspected this when I ordered. Luckily I still love it and the colour is still very nice; the inconsistencies are not significant enough for me to return. I also got the Finley walnut drawers to go with and it matches perfectly, looks like they use the same walnut stain across their pieces if you want to mix and match.
