All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

I was thinking it might not be that comfy and when it arrived I noticed the parts didn’t attach so I was worried it would move but I have it on my rug and doesn’t move , very happy
The sofa came and was in perfect condition bar a mark on the arm chair. The customer service team have been great so far and I’ve accepted a credit note as I’ve got my eye on more items. Super comfy in comparison to other of the same styles from different companies! So soft. Very pleased✨ The sofas themselves don’t click together and stand alone however this does not bother us as they are on carpet. Bare this is mind if you have hard floor as they may slide more. Very happy 😊
