Akari Origami Easy-Fit Ceiling Light Shade - Natural

I was sceptical about buying a lamp shade on line but being disabled and housebound it was my only option. I also had a limited budget and had to forget about the antique glass chandelier of my dreams. I’m more than happy with this lovely silky gold toned shade. A friend put it up in five minutes. It gives a lovely soft warm glow and during the day has a subtle gold sheen. I’m very happy. The shade was well packed in a sturdy box and arrived in good time in perfect condition.

They create a warm, calm and soothing atmosphere with just the right amount of light.

I'd been putting off buying it because I thought it was over priced. I hadn't realised it was fabric and not paper. It's not self assembly. It really is as beautiful in real life as it is in the photographs online. It's fabulous.

I bought this and the white version because I wasn't sure which colour I'd prefer. I've kept them both and have put one in the lounge, they're so pretty and are a perfect dupe of a very expensive brand. I think these are even better designed and look so high end. The brass detail finishes them off really well and they look expensive. The natural colour is perfect for our bedroom and gives a lovely warm light, while still being bright enough to light the room. Never thought I'd be obsessed with a lamp shade but here we are!
