1. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.  An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.
2. The Promoter and the prize provider of the 'Win a Brooklyn sofa of your choice' has to be used on DUSK.com: DUSK (Retail) Limited, trading as DUSK.com, The Small Mill, Chadwick Street, Leeds, England, LS10 1LJ.
3. Any correspondence regarding this prize draw should be forwarded in writing to the Promoter.
4. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Promotion matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the prize draw.

The winner will receive an email from an @dusk.com email (from and to emails to be agreed at time of Instagram DM prize acceptance) to select their products for their order to be raised. The 400 sold price (not including any current sales/promotional discount codes running on DUSK.com) order value is valid for six months after acceptance of prize.
