‘It’s coming home’ home makeover giveaway T&Cs

• Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion is open to those residents in England, Scotland, and Wales aged 18 and over.
• It excludes employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
• An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.
• Timings:
• The Promotion starts on Friday 12th July 2024 and finishes at 22:00 on Sunday 14th July 2024.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
• How to enter:
• Entrants must spend a minimum of £250.00 on DUSK.com during the entry period.
• Orders placed within the entry period are automatically counted as entries.
• A valid email address is required to place an order with DUSK.com.
• Prize:
• 10 x £2,000.00 to spend online at DUSK.com
• The prize is non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
• If the prize is out of stock or with low stock levels, the Promoter reserves the right to send the prize out at a later date.
• Selecting the winner:
• 10 x winners will be randomly selected  from orders made within the entry period.
• The winners will be selected within 7 days of the closing date and contacted via email.
• The winner must then provide the requested details within 14 working days and the prizes will be dispatched 1-3 weeks after the winner has provided their details.
• Proof of ID may be required.
• The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Promotion matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
• By entering this promotion you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or is in connection with this promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant's participation in the prize draw or from any prize.
• By entering this competition you agree to be part of the post-competition marketing campaign including photo- and videography of your DUSK.com home makeover including but not limited to; arrival of goods, unboxing, before and after transformations, and interview to camera.
