  • Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion is open to those residents in England, Scotland, and Wales aged 18 and over.
  • It excludes employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
  • An entrant may enter the prize draw as many times as they wish.
  • Timings:
    • The Promotion starts on Monday 2 February and finishes at 11:59pm on Monday 9 February 2026.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

    • The prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
    • The prize can only be delivered to one winner at one address and cannot be shared.
    • If the prize is out of stock or with low stock levels, the Promoter reserves the right to send the prize out at a later date.
  • Selecting the winner:
    • 1 x winner will be randomly selected from qualifying comments within the entry period.
    • The winner will be selected within 3 days of the closing date and contacted via Instagram DM from @dusk.com.
    • The winner must then provide the requested details within 3 working days and the prizes will be sent via 2-man delivery after the winner has provided their details.
    • Proof of ID may be required.
  • The Promoter's decisions regarding all Promotion matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
  • By entering this promotion you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or is in connection with this promotion.
