*To use the Next Day delivery service, please ensure that your order is placed before 7pm on the preceding day. Orders placed on a Next Day service before 7pm Friday will arrive on Saturday.

Our Next Day delivery excludes orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. (UNAVAILABLE)

Our Standard Delivery service with Evri is typically delivered in 3-5 working days and is free on all orders over £75.00.

We know that not everyone can wait that long, which is why we also offer Next Day delivery options* for an additional charge.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Enter your tracking number on  Evri to track your parcel. You may receive multiple tracking links if we have split your order into multiple parcels. 

If you have purchased multiple Small Items, we will dispatch each item to you when we have it in stock. If you have only received part of your order, please refer to your order confirmation for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates. 

We would recommend using the Evri App to track your order! With the Evri App, you can follow your parcel on a map, tracking the driver’s progress, minute by minute.

FURNITURE ITEMS

Will be delivered using our 2-Man delivery partners, either Rhenus or BJS.

Delivery charges will differ based on the dimensions and weight of each piece. This ensures that you receive the most accurate and fair shipping rate for your purchase.

Small Furniture includes: Pouffe, Dining Chair Sets and Bedside Tables

Medium Furniture includes: Dining Tables, Bedframe, Mattress, Chest of Drawers, TV Unit, Sideboards and Loveseats

Large Furniture includes: Sofabed, Wardrobe, 2 Seater Sofa, 3 Seater Sofa and Wardrobe.

XL Furniture includes: Corner Sofas.

XXL Furniture includes: Modular Corner & U-Shape Sofas.

Once we have the items in stock, your order is dispatched within 10 working days. We will send you an email confirming that it’s on the way. 

If you have purchased multiple Large Items, we will wait until they are all in stock before dispatching them. If you would like to receive the available items sooner, please let us know! 

Then, our 2-man delivery company will contact you with a provisional delivery date. Please note that the provisionally booked dates do require confirmation when prompted via SMS. If the delivery slot is not confirmed, the delivery will not take place.

Our 2-man delivery partners operate Monday - Friday and delivery days offered are subject to availability in your area at the time. If the delivery day provided is not suitable, please contact them directly to arrange a more suitable delivery day. 

Our 2-man delivery partner offers delivery to your room of choice**. This applies to rooms between ground level and level three, where the driver has confirmed that delivery can be completed without damage to the goods or your property. If all the rooms in your delivery address are above level three, they will usually deliver to the ground floor.

**Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to the ground floor. Due to the size and weight, they are unable to deliver to the room of choice or above ground floor.

Important things to know about our two-man delivery:

  • Delivery slots can vary slightly on the day. Therefore, please only pick a day when you are available all day, even after the 3-hour window has been provided.
  • You will receive a 3-hour window for delivery. If any rescheduling is required, you will be informed. 
  • You will then receive further confirmation around 30 - 60 minutes prior to delivery.
  • If you are not available on your chosen delivery day, you will be charged a £30.00 redelivery fee, unless 48 hours’ notice is provided.
  • For the delivery to take place, it’s important that there is somewhere nearby for the drivers to park safely.
  • To prevent any damage, please make sure you clear the pathway for delivery and protect any surrounding furnishings and/or flooring. 
  • Our 2-man delivery partners provide a link to their 3-step delivery guide, prior to delivery. Please make sure you have watched and understand the conditions before the delivery takes place. You can watch it here
  • If you experience any issues upon delivery or have a complaint, this must be reported to both the driver, and our customer service team within 24 hours.

  • We do not offer any unpacking or package recycling services. Please dispose of this at your own discretion. Returns must be sent in their original packaging, so do not dispose of this without thoroughly checking the item.

  • We do not offer any assembly services. If you do decide to hire a third party service, this is at your discretion and we are not able to waive any fees incurred through failure of this service.
  • The delivery team is trained to exercise caution while handling your order. However, we kindly request that all customers protect all flooring surfaces (including hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.) in the delivery path from potential scratches, dents, scuff marks, dirt, or moisture that may arise during the delivery process. Please note that the delivery team is unable to remove any safety clothing, including footwear.

ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & OTHER REMOTE AREAS

Unfortunately we cannot offer Two-Man delivery (Large Items) to Islands or Northern Ireland*.

We are able to fulfil orders via Evri (Small Items) on Standard Delivery but ask that you allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive. This includes Islands and Northern Ireland* and other remote areas such as, Scottish Lowlands and Scotland/England border.

If you choose to forward any of our products onto another country using a third party company, we unfortunately cannot be liable for any issues that occur after we have delivered the parcel to the requested delivery address on your order.

*Islands and Northern Ireland is defined as follows: Aberdeen (AB), Dundee (DD), Inverness (IV), Kirkwall (KW), Paisley (PA), Perth (PH), Falkirk and Stirling (FK), Kirkcaldy (KY), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Orkney Islands (KW1-17), Western Isles (All HS Postcodes), Shetland Isles (All ZE Postcodes), Jersey (All JE Postcodes), Guernsey (All GY Postcodes), Isle of Man (All IM Postcodes), Isle of Wight (PO30-41) and Northern Ireland (All BT Postcodes).
