Our 2-man delivery service typically takes between 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming that it’s on the way. Then, our 2-man delivery company will contact you with a provisional delivery date. Please note that the provisionally booked dates do require confirmation when prompted via SMS. If the delivery slot is not confirmed, the delivery will not take place.
Our 2-man delivery partners operate Monday - Friday and delivery days offered are subject to availability in your area at the time. If the provision delivery day provided is not suitable, please contact them directly to arrange a more suitable delivery day. Please only select a delivery date that you will be available all day. If you are not available at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, you will be charged a redelivery fee of £30.00.
The day before your chosen delivery day, you will receive a 3-hour window for delivery. If any rescheduling is required, you will be informed. You will then receive further confirmation around 30 - 60 minutes prior to delivery.
Our 2-man delivery partner offers delivery to your room of choice**. This applies to rooms between ground level and level three, where the driver has confirmed that delivery can be completed without damage to the goods or your property. If all the rooms in your delivery address are above level three, they will usually deliver to the ground floor.
**Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor. Due to the size and weight, they are unable to deliver to room of choice or above ground floor.
Important things to know about our 2-man delivery:
- Delivery slots can vary slightly on the day. Therefore, please only pick a day when you are available all day.
- If you are not available on your chosen delivery day, you will be charged a £30.00 redelivery fee, unless 48 hours’ notice is provided.
- For the delivery to take place, it’s important that there is somewhere nearby for the drivers to park safely.
- To prevent any damage, please make sure you clear the pathway for delivery and protect any surrounding furnishings and/or flooring.
- Our 2-man delivery partner provide a link to their 3-step delivery guide, prior to delivery. Please make sure you have watched and understand the conditions before the delivery takes place.
- If you experience any issues upon delivery or have a complaint, this must be reported to the drivers at the time of delivery. Alternatively, you can report this to us directly, within 24 hours of the delivery.
- We do not offer any package recycling services. Please dispose of this at your own discretion. Please note that any returns must be sent in their original packaging, so do not dispose of this without thoroughly checking the item.
- We do not offer any assembly services. If you do decide to hire a third party service, this it at your discretion and we are not able to waiver any fees incurred through failure of this service.
