All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Overall pleased with bed. Took two hours to put together. The headboard arrived with a mark on it. The colour I feel is slightly different to the website.
This is great looking bed and easy to put together, the only downside I had was that there was a stain on the fabric of the headboard, luckily it's on the side not in the main eye line
I’m really happy with the purchase. Looks a much more expensive bed than the price tag. Managed to put it together “solo” so totally doable for 2 people as it recommends.
Lovely bed, good value but the colour looks way different to the photos like a greige. I probably would’ve chosen a different bed if I’d have known.
Actually was pleasantly surprised with this item. Good construction and the ottoman mechanism seems sturdy and fit for purpose. Not sure how it arrived with a stain on the headboard, the packaging was damaged when it arrived so guessing that’s how it occurred. Would recommend this to others if I get a good response from customer services regarding the headboard stain. I’m just waiting for the mattress to plump up but so far looks like it’s going to be a good one. In summary really good for a keen price.
