All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

We we're a little nervous when we read some of the reviews regarding delivery but it couldn't have been better, lots of contact made and confirmed times and it was redy earlier than predicted. The bed itself was easy to put together, 2 hours and mainly by myself. It looks and feels so nice and there is more storage space underneath than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this bed and the company. There are some longer wait times but it's definitely worth it.
