Extremely disappointing customer service from DUSK

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way DUSK has handled this situation. Our order was delivered incomplete, meaning we cannot even assemble our bed. Despite this being entirely DUSK’s mistake, we have now been told that we may have to wait up to **10 working days just to receive a booking link**, before we can even arrange delivery of the missing components. This is absolutely unacceptable.

We have recently moved into our new home, and because DUSK failed to deliver all the necessary components, we are currently having to sleep on the floor. This is uncomfortable, stressful and completely unacceptable, especially when we have paid for a bed and reasonably expect to receive everything required to assemble and use it.

To make matters worse, we have already wasted an entire day off work trying to assemble the bed, only to discover that we cannot complete it because parts are missing. Now, instead of resolving the issue promptly, we are being told to wait another 10 working days just to arrange delivery.

How is it reasonable to expect customers to sleep on the floor because of a mistake made by the company, and then make them wait so long for a solution?

We have done nothing wrong, yet we are the ones paying the price through wasted time, discomfort and unnecessary stress. We should not have to rearrange our lives or take further time off work to correct an error that was not ours.

I would expect DUSK to take responsibility, escalate this matter urgently and arrange priority delivery of the missing components, rather than hiding behind an unacceptable waiting time just to book a delivery slot.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely let us down at a time when we should be enjoying our new home.

A company’s customer service is truly tested when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, DUSK has fallen far short of our expectations. I would strongly urge DUSK to review how it handles incomplete deliveries and treat affected customers with the urgency and respect they deserve.
