Clean with your vacuum curtain attachment (the one with a lint-catching fabric strip) or a lint roller to stop dust build up.

All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Style With

Lovely item, disappointing customer service

I ordered this back in January when the seat was advertised as being available for delivery within 10 days. Unfortunately, it ended up taking 7 weeks. The lack of updates from customer services was the most frustrating part of the delay as there was complete silence. It’s also extremely difficult to contact them since the contact system is only set up for predetermined enquiries, none of which fit the issue (e.g, ‘my order has arrived but part is missing’ etc). Thankfully, once the delivery was booked, the loveseat arrived on time and was lovely. It’s great quality and very comfortable.

Lovely seat with high quality finish

A lovely seat with high quality finish. Very supportive and well built. Customer service takes away a star. Slow delivery, coupled with impossible contact. Phone lines are closed, and any chase on orders gives automated email replies with no chance of talking to a person.

Such a lovely and comfortable seat

I was skeptical at first because this was cheap with additional discount and some reviews were sketchy. But this is phenomenal, so comfy and a lovely colour and quick delivery!

Really really happy with this purchase . Sofa is beautiful , easy to assemble (legs to put on ) and the delivery chaps were lovely.
The sofa is very firm but that’s what I wanted.

Favourite seat in the house!

I love this chair, it looks great and is super comfortable to sit on. We liked it so much we bought the beige for my daughter’s room. Would recommend!
