All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Dusk as a company for me is confusing. No contact number. No response to my emails. The only Contact I did have was the delivery company. So I would think twice of ordering from them.

Customer service not responding

Took 10days to arrive so quite quick turnaround. The bed was great quality, this is my third bed from DUSK. However the colour was not as beige as I hoped, more of a grey and the fabric was like a soft brushed cotton rather than a linen. I have requested to send back however customer service has it even acknowledged my email after 5 days and 4 separate requests.
