All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Asking for a review when it’s not yet been delivered and earliest delivery is another 2 weeks which is 6 weeks after I placed the order and it was supposedly in stock at the time I placed the order!?

Well made and looks great, would definitely recommend

Product damaged

Product looked lovely online so ordered two but both bedside tables arrived damaged. Cracks and a small chip in them. Contacted through the website to get an automated response. In the end, I managed to speak to someone on the phone who was helpful. Still awaiting email to confirm collection of faulty product and refund though.

Great unit

Great unit, really solid and well packaged, but some corner damage and fault in one drawer front. Let down by the colour and quality of the hardware which need to be fitted. Very heavy! Lots of packaging to recycle. Fab delivery as always!
