All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 3. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Was supposed to have been dispatched on the 21st nov still no sign of it have requested a refund as it was a present for a friends birthday I am not at all happy with the feedback no way to even talk to anyone very frustrated and not good for service I have never had a problem with you before but I will think carefully before ordering anything again
