Quality own brand product, good weight and well manufactured, clear thought and attention gone into this aspect of company, customer service people friendly and helpful. Fulfilment and dispatch let you down badly. I ordered these weeks in advance of guests coming to stay. The order arrived after the had left. SHeme you let yourselves down as a company.
