All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Was a little worried after seeing some bad reviews online but bed came exactly when they said it would, delivered by two delivery men with good communication night before and on the day. Bed is good quality and just what I wanted. Would definitely buy from Dusk again.
This is a truly beautiful bed. Comes in two boxes, one is very heavy. I would advise unpacking where the bed is staying. Takes two people approx two hours to put together following a pretty good instruction booklet and a socket set. When completed you will definitely be pleased with it. Lovely bed, value for money, and have recieved some positive comments, would certainly recommend.
I love it!!!! I needed under bed storage for a very long time and finally got it. The stone grey is more of a beige which I was hoping for, not much grey at all. Definitely worth getting if you have a greige style bedroom!✨✨
I'm so pleased with this ottoman bed. We ordered in Ecru as we wanted the velvet look but I was nervous it would be too light or yellowy. It's the perfect colour and would call it stone colour. It looks the same as our stone coloured Chesterfield sofa that we also purchased from Dusk. No issues at all with ordering or delivery with both items. I wanted a more solid bed with little to no movement to ensure sleep isn't disturbed. It wasn't the easiest to put together and it did take 2 hours to put together. The hardest part was getting the side wings on a the screws struggled to go in. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.
Delivery was as specified, the guys were great. The bed building was down to my DIL who had build one before. The colour (Navy) was exactly as I wanted it. The only downside is the fabric is not as velvety ad I would have liked, buy I'm sure this is reflected in the price. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase ☺️
