Purchases on or before 11th August 2023: Instead of everyone starting in the lowest tier (Insider), we've allocated existing customers into the correct tier based on how much they've spent in the previous 12 months, at the point of launching MyDUSK (August 2023).
Please note: we're only able to put you at the starting point of the tier you're eligible for.
Purchases on or after 12th August 2023: These will be added to your current tier progress.

Navigate to the section above titled 'From points to pounds'. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Yes, you will automatically be awarded the points for any purchase in the last month, from the point you create a MyDUSK account.
Yes, MyDUSK points expire if you don't place an order for 12 months. You don't need to spend the points within 12 months, but you need to be an active customer to maintain your points.
Yes, the tiers are based on spend over a 12 month period, meaning you can move up or down.
Insider: £0.00-£499.99
Trendsetter: £500.00-£999.99
Icon: £1,000.00+
Yes, you can redeem your points for a gift card and use both that and a discount code in a single order!
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Points earned on purchases and referrals take 30 days to be approved.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. If you cancel or return an order the points will change from pending to cancelled.
