Our bed arrived and due to our narrow stair case the delivery guys were unable to fit the box with the head board up the stairs. However, I called up Dusk and spoke to Hattie from customer services who was so lovely. She kindly explained the box does contain some additional packaging. Hattie eased my worries mentioning if once removing the head board out the box if it still does not fit Dusk will be able to collect and return it for a fee of ~£40 deducted from the cost of the bed. Luckily the headboard just about fit once the box was removed and we love our new bed. Loads of storage and a lovely colour.
I’m so pleased with the Madison bed in Ecru. Delivery was really easy to arrange and the delivery drivers were really helpful.
The bed is gorgeous - quality is brilliant and it was built in approx 1.5 hours (2 people)

This is our second bed from Dusk. The quality of both beds are super premium. The packaging was very secure which kept the product intact. Delivery guys were very accommodating and delivered the product to the room of choice. Instructions are very straight forward to assemble. I would recommend Dusk bed (Maddison) to any one looking for a premium feel bed in a very economical pricing.
Great product and very happy with the quality. Delivery was on time, and assembly was relatively straightforward with two people. The storage lift mechanism was already pre-installed, which made the setup process even easier. The instructions were clear and easy to follow throughout. Would definitely recommend.
