All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Great sofa but super slow delivery

Absolutely love the sofa, goes perfectly with my living room and the fabric feels sturdy and hard wearing. However delivery took forever and very limited update from the company. Plus the emails with updates were contradictory. I finally got a delivery date but with only 2 days notice! Luckily the delivery company were able to rearrange and actually had a good experience with the delivery service

Sofa is great we love it. Just wish customer services was easier to get through to. Difficult to know where your order is. Otherwise good.
