Lovely thick sheet which is deep enough to easily fit my mattress however it was bobbled as soon as I opened the package%2C but maybe that’s the price you pay for brushed cotton%21 Still very happy with it.

I got this flat sheet over the 400 tc sateen one as I wanted percale (and Dusk don't seem to offer 400 tc percale). The feel is okay, not the finest feel at all, but it's better than most. I also have the 400 tc sateen flat sheet and it's night and day better, it's silky soft and luxurious. So I would recommend upgrading to the 400 for that "hotel feel".
