Face Cloth FAQs
How do I clean a face cloth?
Keeping your face cloth clean is essential to ensure it continues helping, not hindering, your skin.
- Rinse your washcloth after each use with warm water.
- After every three uses, give your face cloth a full wash in the washing machine at 30 to 40 degrees. Do not let them go in the laundry scrunched up, as mildew may develop in the creases.
- Tumble dry at low temperatures. Dry immediately after washing to prevent damp smells.
How do I use a face cloth?
There are a number of ways in which to use a face cloth to benefit your skin.
- - Open your pores: Soak your washcloth in warm water, wring out the excess liquid and then press against your skin to open up pores.
- - Rinse off cleansing product: After applying cleanser with freshly washed hands, dampen your washcloth with warm water to wash the product away gently.
- - Exfoliate: By delicately wiping your warm, damp washcloth against your face in a circular motion, you can gently exfoliate any leftover makeup, dead skin cells, moisturiser or sunscreen away.
