Pillows

Pleased with them , especially for duck and down for the price they’re so reasonable compared to what others cost. Only gave four stars as the mediums were very soft and we had to return for the firms, we got 15% off of bedding as we purchased with a mattress and bed, but you can’t exchange items only send back and re-order they wouldn’t honour the 15% discount on the new purchase, not a great system or customer service when you don’t allow exchanges. Still awaiting the refund for the medium pillows but overall happy.

They don’t stay up for long and must be fluffed consistently. Expected better and firmer pillows based on the description .
