All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Lovely chair but problems with assembly

This is a lovely chair for my bedroom but I can only give it 3 stars. The only assembly required was attachment of the legs which are labelled to ensure correct fitting. BUT....what should have been a simple procedure turned out to be a lengthy frustrating nightmare.
The leg plates have 4 holes with hex headed machined screws to align with the 'female' fitting in the base of the seat. It would be sensible if the 'female' fittings were fixed AFTER the seat had been upholstered but this was not the case. The fixings were obscured/blocked by the upholstery fabric and stapled across and it was one heck of a fiddle to align the screws so they threaded correctly. In one place I had to remove the staples to even have a chance of fixing the legs.
As I stated at the start, a lovely chair once assembled but this is a manufacturing process fault and needs to be sorted.
