All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 3. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.
The Seat & Pouffe in Olive was beautiful and perfect for what was needed . However I contact Dusk within a couple of hours of ordering asking them If they could change the delivery address. This was due to Applepay changing the address to mine. They said they couldn’t guarantee that they could but for me not to confirm a delivery date till it had been updated. I waited a week and it still had not been sorted. I contacted the delivery company that Dusk use and they informed me that Dusk needed to change it on their portal which was easy to use. So after 7 days I confirm the delivery and had to arrange for a second delivery from
my home. Yesterday Dusk contacted 8 days after the delivery to say they couldn’t update the address due to me confirming delivery but they were please to see the items had been delivered. I am therefore very disappointed it took them over 2 weeks from ordering for them to try and update the delivery address.

Seat arrived in good time and well packaged. The seat fabric is very soft and attractive cushion is firm but softens after use very pleased with purchase

Really pleased with our new sofa! It was delivered on time, great communication from the company regarding delivery instructions and delivery company were very professional. The sofa itself is exactly what we were expecting and I’m always amazed that companies like Dusk can produce a good quality product without charging the world for it! I’d recommend this product and company.
