5 Ways To Make The Most Out Of An Extra Hour In Bed
How many times do you wake up in the morning just wishing that you had an extra hour in bed? Well luckily on Sunday morning, you’ll get just that! The clocks will be winding back at 2am on Sunday 25th October, granting you an extra hour in bed.
Whether you like to spend your mornings being as productive as possible or whether you prefer a slow Sunday morning to celebrate the last day of the weekend, we have explored a few different options for how you can make the most out of the extra hour this weekend.
1. Press the snooze button with zero guilt!
Great news – you can actually press snooze this morning without feeling guilty that you’re going to be late for any plans you’ve made this weekend. Take advantage of the extra hour in bed by watching another episode of the Netflix show you’re currently binge-watching that you were too tired to watch last night.

Many people enjoying reading a few chapters of their book before drifting off into a deep slumber. Studies show that reading before bed can help you sleep better, improve your focus and increase your creativity. It’s very tempting to finish one more chapter more going to sleep but with an extra hour in the morning, put your book down for the night and pick it back up the following day to enjoy a few more chapters before dozing off.
